NEWBORN BABY PHYSICALS IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME for ages 0-2 months of age
Package includes:
- Two visits of which parents choose from the following:
- Newborn New Beginning Visit at 48-72 hours of age,
- 2 weeks of age well visit,
- 1 month of age well visit
- 6 weeks of age well visit
SERVICE INCLUDES:
- House call visit in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland
- Physical exam
- Weight checks
- Head circumference and height measurements
- Developmental checks
- Lactation support and referral to a specialist if needed.
- Review of Newborn Discharge
- Any necessary referrals for specialist, or lab testing
- No vaccines are included
- PKU test #2 in the State of Maryland only
- Unlimited Telehealth Support (phone call or video visit) up to 2 months of age
Pricing: $750
- Payments are self-pay and accepted in full or completed before the visits.
- Patient will receive access to records in the patient portal
- Superbill provided if needed, if you need help with reimbursement we suggest using reimbursify.com
- For continued Infant physicals in your home, discount self-pay fee of $225 per visit , no membership required.
